I have been serving as Development Officer in LIC since 2007. I have worked in various offices like Parliament of India, Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh, Supreme Court of India. Since joining, I am sincerely executing my responsibilities and duties as DO.
My aim to make Professional and Successful Agents who should be able to provide the best financial planning and services to their customers independently and grow their Income.
I have been giving training to New Agents to understand the insurance market and selling techniques with the proper knowledge about LIC, Financial Market, Products and Customers’ need analysis. I also help initially to New Agents to start their work by doing joint calls.
As DO, I support my Agents to do their customers’ services. I guide and advise my Agents in finalizing their strategies to achieve their goals and Mission. My planning is to make LIC Agents of International Repute. I am on this way with giving best training, and knowledge to enable my Agents not only to understand this Market but also to establish in this competitive market. I update my Agents on regular basis through Group Meetings, Personal Meetings and through Email, WhatsApp and Telegram etc. I have written articles, notes and Books for the giving proper and complete knowledge and training to my Agents by which they don’t take much time to become an expert Financial Consultant. I am fond of learning new things and share with my Agents for their development. I always find time to prepare a quality material for improving selling techniques and convincing power of my Agents. At last but not least I want to say that my dream is to fulfill all the wishes and aim of my Agents for which I am always ready to do my best.
